Managing a highly effective B2B sales organization:
You will be responsible for building, leading, and management of a high-performing B2B sales team. This team will cover Sales Development Representatives, Account Executives, Sales Managers, Trainers, and other professionals. Your group will provide budget needs, negotiate sales goals, compensation, rewards, and any other strategies or tactics necessary to create an industry-leading effective sales operation.
Search Engine SEO, Strategy, and Management:
You will be responsible for developing and executing our search engine optimization (SEO) strategy to drive traffic to our website and increase our online presence. You will also manage our SEO campaigns, track and analyze data, and make data-driven recommendations to improve performance.
Advertising Campaigns:
You will be responsible for creating and executing our advertising campaigns across various channels, including social media, display, and search. You will develop and manage our advertising budget, source resources, and services, and collaborate with the department to ensure all campaigns are aligned with our overall business objectives.
Lead Follow-up:
You will be responsible for managing and nurturing leads through various channels, including email, text, social media, and in-person interactions. You will develop and execute lead follow-up strategies to convert leads into sales.
Product Demonstrations, Initial Sales Qualifications, and Deal Closing:
You will be responsible for conducting product demonstrations, initial sales qualifications, and deal closing to drive revenue growth. You will work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and develop customized solutions to meet those needs.
CRM Management and Reporting:
You will be responsible for managing our customer relationship management (CRM) system and ensuring accurate and timely reporting of key performance metrics. You will also be responsible for developing data-driven insights and making recommendations to improve our sales process and customer experience.
Proposal Creation:
You will be responsible for creating compelling and customized proposals to win new business. You will work closely with the sales team and other departments to develop proposals that align with customer needs and our overall business objectives.
Pricing Strategy:
You will be responsible for developing and executing our pricing strategy to ensure we remain competitive in the market while maximizing profitability. You will analyze market trends and customer behavior to make data-driven pricing decisions.
