What It Takes to Be an Account Executive
As an Account Executive at TouchBrick, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and building relationships with new clients. You’ll be responsible for presenting our solutions, introducing pilots, and closing deals. This role requires a proactive approach and a passion for understanding how our AI-powered data security solutions can solve customer challenges. You’ll collaborate closely with our founders to tailor solutions to each client's needs, making you a key player in our company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales: Identify and close new business opportunities to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Customer Solutions Expert: Understand TouchBrick’s AI-powered data security platform and communicate its value in safeguarding sensitive information.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and competitor solutions to position TouchBrick as the best choice for potential clients.
  • Develop and Maintain Relationships: Build strong connections with prospects to establish a healthy pipeline of future opportunities.
  • Accurate Data Management: Keep CRM data current with lead information, forecasts, and account activity.

Qualifications

  • Sales Experience: 2+ years in technology, SaaS, or data security sales.
    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field, MBA a plus
    • 5-10 years sales or marketing experience
    • 3-5 years supervisory or management experience
  • Proven Performance: A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional Communication: Strong presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to discuss technical concepts.
  • Tech-Forward: Familiarity with sales tools like HubSpot or Salesforce, and an understanding of AI and data security concepts.
  • Results-Oriented: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and motivated by setting and reaching ambitious goals.

Contractor Flexibility: Ability to work independently while staying connected with the team.
